Minorities in Restructuring and Alternative Investments ("MRAI"), is a global network of diverse professionals active in restructuring, alternative investments, and special situations. We are motivated towards increasing the representation and success of diverse professionals, while fostering a sense of community and cultivating future leaders in the areas in which we operate.

THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
We offer an environment to explore, develop and refine ideas at the core of our business that will be impactful and commercially accretive to our clients, the market, and the economies in which we operate. We mentor and contribute to the intellectual and commercial development of diverse junior professionals in the restructuring, alternative investment, and special situation business. We host knowledge building conferences and workshops to support the education of our constituents.

We are dedicated to advancing minorities in leadership positions within our industry by being vigilant of opportunities to promote and support our members in business, social, academic and political spheres.
COMMUNITY
MRAI embraces diversity in all forms. We harness our differences and shared experiences to strengthen members individually and create openings to broaden MRAI members' commercial influence while maintaining opportunities for fellowship. We host networking and social events for our members to improve the sense of community for minority professionals in our field of endeavor.
